If you love to learn this is the place for you. There is never a time or day where you are not learning with this company whether it be oil changes or getting better with your sales they treat you fair and they are always learning with you.
Lower Technician (Former Employee) – Edmonton, AB – 16 January 2019
During my employment at Mr. Lube I learned a good amount about automotives and identifying/knowing the uses for multiple different lubricants. I enjoyed the people I worked with as well as the atmosphere of the shop

Lube technician (Former Employee) – Edmonton, AB – 29 November 2017
While working at Mr. Lube, i noticed it was fast paced and there are always new things to learn. Management can be good depending which store you're working at. Hardest part of the job would be doing full vehicle services in a timely manner.
Automotive Service Technician (Former Employee) – Edmonton, AB – 10 June 2017
whatever I don't care, I do not want to write reviews, change oil on vehicles and their filters like man, this is ridiculous, maybe ask people if they want to review their workplaces before forcing them too
Upper Technician (Former Employee) – Edmonton, AB – 3 June 2017
Typical day is doing oil changes and other services. Including transmission, differential, transfer case service. But if you don't sell enough products with the oil changes you risk getting fired for not selling enough. Sometimes you have to lie to the customer in order to sell something to keep your job.
Lube Technician (Former Employee) – Edmonton, AB – 16 January 2017
Typical day at work would include numerous types of activities all relating to maintenance on fluids for vehicles, I learned all types of skills there from dealing with customers to general knowledge of vehicles.
Fun and worked hard with other members of the team.
Lube Technician (Former Employee) – Edmonton, AB – 3 October 2016
Had a great time working with the guys, managers were pretty understanding. Worked at the busiest Mr. Lube in the southside so that was pretty hard. The most enjoyable part was clearing rushes and making sure the store was making money to get our bonuses.
