there are free beers on friday, and some cinema sessions free

They renew your contract every few months. The projects are very cool, but you are just a number for the company. If the project change, you won´t be renewed.
Very bad salary for the 3d cinema market

I was told my job was secure and was let go a week later. Not very organized place to work with poor planning on project. Hard to voice your opinion from a lower level.
