Where many hospitality companies paid their employees for shifts they were scheduled after the lockdown, Moxie’s did not. Many employees found out that they were without a job and without pay from an Instagram post from the President of Moxie’s.
Terrible internal communications. Management only brought back some servers, hosts and boh staff but did not tell the rest if they were being called back or not.
