Great work environment
The pay sucks otherwise it's a great company to work for hence why I am still working for them. The hours fluctuate frequently but understandable considering everything is still opening up from the covid restrictions

Wouldn’t recommend working here
The atmosphere of the workplace is very negative, and extremely chaotic. The general manager is not involved enough and only cares about the money. Every time the general manager would work front of house everyone would be extremely stressed due to the manager trying to fit as many people in to make money, causing customers to give the front of house staff grief. If you like to enjoy work I wouldn’t recommend working here.

Friendly people and good experience
I came into the job with rough skills when it comes to cooking only having experience from high school classes. Them giving me a chance to work a day along side with someone to see if I had potential. Then they hired me and taught how to handle many things like knives and deli slicers in a quick and safe way

Working here went downhill with management and poor training. It’s a stressful and hostile environment. Management is bitter and the restaurant has large turnovers. Getting yelled at isn’t uncommon. Run.

Received little to no training. Given ridiculous workload. Had to work long shifts, often without being able to take a break. Staff was rude and mouthy, trying to be Gordon Ramsay-esque.
