Disorganized with poorly maintained equipment. Management priorities are poorly placed. Many employee attitudes are disgruntled and frustrated.
Meetings in the morning usual involved management complaining. Culture that breeds frustration and blaming others. Dealing with management was the worst. The company had poor fleet maintenance and repair. A lot of hack job repairs and ignoring issues till they completely fail. They refused to invest in properly repairing their fleet. This company will tell you what you want to hear to get you out working for them....promises, promises, promises. There is a huge discrepency between what they think is going on and what is actually. Communication is a constant struggle. Run down equipment. Had to use my right to refuse a couple times because the expectations of running there broken equipment safely.
