Unsupportive
The administration claim to care about their staff but they typically put blame on the staff. There are cliques between the different programs/staff. You never get your entire 4 off in your rotation. Even when your program is fully staffed you get sent to another program on your scheduled days off. You’re encouraged to create relationships with the clients but then punished for it.

bad management
treating their employee badly. Always short staff and expect you to work on your days off if you dont work you get write up. No recognition on your hard work. They will send you to a jobsite without proper training and count you accountable and no one advocate for you when you make a mistake.

bad place to work
management and manager are friends they dont care about their employees well being. big deal to call in sick even if your sick. no appreciation that’s why the turnover over is very high. lack of training and doesn’t care about your safety. They fire employees without reason that why they have mass resignation at some point!!!
