It's what you make of it, there's 3 warehouses. Some are continental some aren't. If you get full time most likely you will end up on nights. Place is very seniority based, kind of 'uniony' at times.

Terrible upper management; very manipulative

Terrible upper management especially head of sales. Very manipulative and don’t tell you enough to do your job well and then will blame you for it. Inappropriate behaviour from upper management on multiple occasions.

Fast paced environment but lenient.

Very fast pace environment, management wants number all the time to the point that production and safety standards are sometimes being bypassed. Continental shift, so you have to give up 2 weekends per month and so life and work is not quite balance. Salary is above average, employer matched rrsp and medical benefits provided by the company but no bonuses aside from gift cards and turkey on Christmas. Most employees are loyal judging by their lenght of services although you will see frustration and dismay on their faces. In conclusion, I’ll definitely recommend this company to anyone but don’t expect too much because there’s a very little room for growth.

@ the beginning it's fun and excitement, since they change the management because the 2 brothers hire somebody to manage everything has change.

I been working for this company for over 26 years, if i compare before and now is a big difference maybe because so many company's doing the same products ( producing/ distributing Roasted coffee ) as we do. Big difference the way we work before and now, before we don't used computers; now all the machine are Robots, even the company benefits are change too, before 100%; no you need to choice an options according what your family needs. I missed the day when started in this company.
