I worked as an owner/operator

Working as an owner/operator I experienced a good working environment. I had a dedicated run, and open board experience was also ok. They trained in the handling of dangerous goods and boarder crossing procedures.

C above, You get dedicated tractors; the loads are set up to get maximum miles but sometimes because they use the cheapest fuel search engine back haul routes make no sense; just follow management , don’t ? Superior’s or you will get no feedback and get frustrated for no reason, let da BIG KAHUNA’s rule , in the end if route is longer u be home sooner & make more $$$😇
