What is the interview process like at Morgan Stanley?

  • They like to ask riddles like fiz buzz and others ones. Often ask questions about skills like tdd or srum that is not implemented. Interview is not coordinated so you will be asked the same things. Often they have no interview skills so they waiste alot of time on problems that have nothing to do with the job

  • Phone call interview, then two back to back in-house interviews.
    The people were nice, one of the six interviewers had a chip on his shoulder.

    Other than that seemed like a professional bunch.

  • It is very technical due to the nature of their environment. However, interviews are always pleasant.
