Very poor morale which caused a lot if absenteeism. Management doesn't seem to understand why people call in so often.
The work environment is truly stressful. No culture and a high turnover rate.
The company just isn't proactive enough in marketing itself and listening to it's employee's
Management is stuck in an old-timey fashion in treating it's customers and employee's.
Training is non-existent, you're expected to know things and SOP's barely exist.
Help job seekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
