Good work balance with flexibility

I have been working as a driver for over two years. I always feel appreciated and the company has many bonuses and benefits that others do not. Management is receptive of ideas but we have to understand that ideas cannot always be implemented due to such things as budgetary constraints. The job is rewarding, the operations manager isn't

The parents and children are terrific.The company is not, they care more about making money and very little about the drivers.The operations manager has a short fuse, and doesn't have the drivers back, she is a do as I say not as I do person and is the furthest from a team player as you can get.Montgomerys can not seem to keep drivers or mechanics because of the poorly managed company.

While Montgomery has an amazing team of Dispatch, and a great fleet team, it is a real shame that their Operations Manager requires some skills training regarding people relations.
