What advice would you give the CEO of Montair Aviation about how to improve the company?

Make it more organized and efficient and improve communication between diffetent departments, staff, and management.
He is incredibly smart and been given a large workload. He does well and I have no problem working with him at all.
Be more organized and ensure that the various departments are communicating with each other properly. Communication is lacking. Do not cancel events or parties at the last minute. Make sure that head of student services does her job professionally by Canadian standards and follows Canadian business practices.
Might have to review the salaries within the company. Some of which I'm not sure how employees are surviving on little pay.
