Not fun at all
$16.50/hr isnt actually bad because its not a hard job to begin with.Threatening comments is never a motivation. I know the company has goals, all company has, but threatening remarks just dnt help no one. If you want to bring out the best from your employees, management needs to start from themselves. Also, we are in the middle of pandemic, year end goals should be changed because it doesn't reflect whats going on right now. Its not fair to compare the goals this year compared to last years profits. I feel the company isnt really helping the customers by pushing for loans where they dont have jobs to begin with. I really enjoyed working there but the stress and threatening comments of me losing my job if I dnt meet my monthly target isnt really worth it.Thanks but no thanks🙂

Horrible job with constant threats if job loss if you don't do more
Hated the job, pay was decent, hours were fine, but nonstop threats of upselling and constant collection calls. If you dont like to sell its not for you.

Relatively easy job with room for advancement
The training takes a while, but there’s no previous education necessary to work there, so it makes sense. Management has targets and expectations, just like all retail companies do and most stores seem to be pretty flexible when it comes to scheduling. Overall it was a decent job, and helped beef up my resume.

Terrible place to work, stressful and very hard to work with people that you can't trust. I wasted my time there l, was always on time, did my very best and it still wasn't good enough, management plays favorites all the time.

When you decide to work with Money Mart. You will lose all the respect you have for yourself.
Work culture at Money Mart is terrible. They allow customers to curse and shout at you. Verbal abuse will be your best friend at Money Mart. So risky and job security and advancement is not at all in the picture of your entire career.
