Good work for decent money espically as a young adult just starting out.

Pay was decent but I still think for the amount of labor and and basicsly no normal sleep sedual, it should of been a bit better. Teh scedual needs to be reworked because 12 hours is ll fine and dandy to work. but the shifts being 2 or three on, 2 or 3 off. then switch is an absolutely mind and body killer. It would be much better say 2 weks or a month long on days, then switch to nights. Turn over can be a lot as not everyone can last the long hours butt people come and go alot but normally this is all good.

How could you be unhappy at a cookie factory? Managers are easy to work with. Coworkers are great. The shifts to start aren’t ideal. Mostly continental.

Fun place to work with a great atmosphere lots to learn and room to move up quickly. Also a great team environment everyone is very helpful and pleasant.

A lot of autonomy, but too many captains and not enough crew

Its sales. You'll be expected to sell to various retail stores according to your set planning schedule. No cold calls or commission.My direct sales manager was great, set reasonable expectations and was fair with work/life balance.The pay is non-competitive. There is a bonus worth up to around 10% of your salary. The benefits are not great compared to the previous provider from last year. The pension is good and the company will match your contributions. The biggest perk is a company vehicle and gas card that can be used for private use. They use the vehicle as a selling point to get you in at a non-competitive salary.The company has regular quotas and challenges to meet, which can be either very easy, or impossible to meet. There is no in-between. A lot of fakeness, selling and showboating to your team through the company social media. The company structure is very corporatized. There's way too much communication, meetings, and leaders in charge of nothing. Regular restructuring in the company shook up a lot of tenured people and brought in new grads, fresh into their careers and out to prove themselves. It soaks up a lot of your already busy day that should be spent at stores.

Horrible pay, long hours.

I'd come home every day feeling horrible after every shift. The shifts screwed with my sleep schedule. And all of this was for basically no pay. Wouldn't recommend.
