Not a good place to work at as RDH

I started at a very low wage, below national average and i was promised of the raise later on. Over worked, poor management. Managers do not know what they’re doing. Always about production, not client care. Their Hamilton location is the worst, very poor management, very rude dentists, they do not value you or your hard work. Hygiene should be elevated

I felt hygiene was important when I was hired. The upper management really worked with us having quarterly meeting. This is not longer the case and hygiene is not given the attention needed. Appreciation is low for hygienist and the hourly is not up to market value. I have watched many good hygienist that have been with the company leave for better opportunities. I wish the best for the company
