What would you suggest Molly Maid management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Very uncomfortable uniforms to work in and ugly not professional at all they dont fit properly not breathable they should really think about their employees since they are the ones doing the work and ask them what's more comfortable for them

    Its really sad that a company that has $25 million in revenues and its a low income job.

    In many ways things such as Green products, dusters etc are great moving with innovation except direct deposit.

    How does a company this large avoid and completely dismiss direct deposit? It is an important and valuable thing to an employee. Posted dated pay cheques are ridiculous a slap in the face to every employee. Direct Deposit should be mandatory for every Franchise.

    Direct Deposit also brings a higher caliber worker.

    Talking behind employees backs in such unkind ways is not good leadership and does not instill trust or good work environment.

  • 1. DONT treat your employees like they’re robots we are humans and make mistakes and get sick like everyone else.
    2. DONT talk down to your employees or yell at them.

    3.dont ask for a doctor note for being sick 1 day, I rather stay hone get better then have to take more time off because you need a doctors note, we will get doctors notes when you get direct deposit

    4. If you ever want molly maid to be good again get rid of your east end owner she is ignorant and has zero respect for anyone.

  • They probably should not ask for doctors notes if an employee has to miss work for 1 day of being can an employee get rest and try to get back to work the next day. If something doesnt go there way they also shouldn't threaten and yell at their employees to the point of making them cry. No one should be scared of an employer at work. If someone needs to take time off for a doctor's appointment they shouldn't need to give 2/3 weeks notice. They should also pay their employes drive time. Should take into consideration that people have families and things come up and things happen. The owner and management at the Victoria office seriously need to be investigated as they are absolutely insane and evil and only think about how they will make money. No care for their employees safety or wellbeing. Push push push until people quit and then wonder why they always are looking for employees.

  • Management twists their words around when they talk to you about things and they also bash employees behind their back’s to the other employees. They are not very appreciate of who they have but they’re always needing people I wonder why? If somebody doesn’t know how to run a business they shouldn’t have one and Molly Maid head office should look in to who they have running their business because I find that they do not understand what it’s like to have a family and that things happen so yeah they should be more understanding if you need a day off we work this job to be home with their families but they don’t seem to get that so I honestly wouldn’t suggest working here

  • Maintain cars. They are not road safe at all.

  • Provide Benefits that are high quality (a company that direct bill is done)and employer paid 60%. Making prescriptions, dental and eyewear affordable. Giving employee wellness is a huge thing for business growth.

  • Better management,training, employees and better pay wages.
