There is alot I would tell the CEO. First of all they need to really clean up their act with how poorly they treat their workers, they need to reread labour laws since no one is allowed to be sick. They need to make paystubs more accessible, I dont even know how to see mine and I've worked for Modern since July 2018. They need to tell the truth as to what benefits employees recieve as I've never even been told what they are even my coworkers dont know. They need to better schedule people, they need to reach out to hire more people instead of stretching everyone crazy thin. And the CEO needs to allow modern employees to order our own stock so that we dont have to rely on lazy jerks to drag their feet ordering what we need.
