hard before you're in but once you're in not bad
Front End Developer (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 21 February 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by Indeednice, well run company. Little things can be improved here and there but overall good. Do work before you join but once you're at the client they seem like they do almost nothing.

I would not recommend this company. There is no culture or diversity and they will use you and dispose of you as they please
Technical Writer (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 7 September 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Remote work, flexible schedule What is the most stressful part about working at the company? No direction, absent managers with no experience What is the work environment and culture like at the company? There is no culture, no diversity

Not at all multicultural or gender neutral
QA Tester (Former Employee) - Scarborough, ON - 30 September 2021
Filled with mostly male employees of same ethnic background. Almost no female representation in leadership. Pay grade is below market. Lots of overtime without pay (banking hours for future forceful timeoff). Working in shift from client location and working overtime is mandatory else it will reflect in your performance review. Permanent employees are randomly asked to used their vacation time, banked hours if there is no work or take off without pay. Temporary layoffs just to manage short term overheads.
Pros
Good for starting your career
Cons
no appreciation

Whatever the client wants
Frontend Developer (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 9 June 2020
Work until the client tells you to stop. No overtime pay for additional work but it is expected. No advancement in the company is possible. They organize events and are trying to build a unique culture now where before they didn't care to.

Great teams but orthodox management
IT PM (PMO) (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 12 May 2020
The people in the working teams are great to work with, very respectful, hard-working and collaborative.
The company tries to gives young professional a chance to break into the market and prove themselves.
Big clients in major cities of Canada, devs get a chance to work with new technologies.
Annual summer party, annual year-end dinner gala etc.
However,
The executive tier needs to de-centralize decision making. Teams and managers need to be empowered and made autonomous.
ILL-Defined structure for performance reviews, no focus on career path.
Below market compensation, work-life balance can take a huge hit if the project needs attention.

Feedback
Technical Account Manager (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 29 May 2017
Not worth it to join them. A desi environment and you are expected to pamper owner's wife in order to stay in the company. Owner himself can't do anything and all directions comes from his close friend or his wife. Market does talk about there relationship and employee do put into uncomfortable position sometimes.
