Was an okay place to work. Being involved in a pandemic did not help the overall work experience as this steadily declined as business came to almost a stand still as with other businesses' at the time.

Great place to grow

I was a tech at Mr T for about 2 years and really enjoyed my time there. I learned a lot about the auto industry in a shop that was calm, clean and organized.

Great Managment with a Fun and Productive Work Enviroment

Working at Mister Transmission has been great. The workplace culture is fun and upbeat, my coworkers are kind and knowledgeable, and the management truly wants to see everyone succeed and do well. There is a nice mix of fast-paced and slow-paced work, meaning you are always busy but not always stressed about a deadline. There is a good amount of work-life balance and management is understanding.

Great environment to grow

A niche market in the automotive repair industry that makes a huge impact in people's lives. New technology and advancement in the vehicle market make the everyday more exciting.

Service Manager/Owner/Lead Transmission Rebuilder in Lindsay, ON
on 16 January 2022
Was a great opportunity to grow my abilities.

Was a great opportunity to grow my abilities. I started as lead rebuilder, grew to center manager, then franchisor. My time with the company was spent committed to delivering top quality products, increase production and profitability. I enjoyed head office support and the friendly performance competition between the other comparable service centers in Canada. Overall I will remember my time with Mister Transmission as educational, character building and useful later in my automotive career .
