It all depends on who you report to and who you work beside

Daily work is expected to start and end at specific times, breaks at specific times.As long as you come in, do your job properly, you're fine.Management could be amazing or terrible pending on who you report to.Workplace culture can be positive or negative, pending on who you work beside.Hardest part of the job is not being paid your worth as opposed to other Provinces.Most enjoyable part of ...

Good pay, lots of hours, unrealistic, unsafe workload sometimes.

Not a safe place to work and on some shifts working alone and long hours some OT hours unpaid in order to complete a unrealistic work load for one person. Not enough staff to cover longterm employee vacation and sicktime, so many weeks covering working 6 out of 7 days a week. Exposure to some dangerous chemicals when washers fail and other methods are used. Not the best PPE.

Good experience

Never understaffed, if you dont want to work overtime they wouldnt force u to work. Staff are nice and so are the patients/residents! They appreciate staff very well.
