Trade Show Specialist (Current Employee) – Montreal, Qc – 25 July 2013
Nice company in constant expansion, the purple is all around in the logo, products, walls, carpet and some say in heart too. Cafeteria with coffee, drinks, sandwich machine, baby soccer, a lot of social activities all the year, inside and outside the building. Not too fair with salaries.
Cynic environment, focus on means instead of results, bad management.

Worst place ever where I worked. If you're looking for a burn-out, it's a good place to start your research. The management is quite poor. It is made of doubtful employees that have grown in the company reaching the level of manager with no real proof of their competence. There's a lot of employees with big egos. That said if the company still exist on a different name now, it is because of some good people in this company that have found a way to keep the company alive no matter the management by doing a great work with a lot of efforts and alienation.

being flexible, in the sense that there are variety of tasks during the week, which I consider an opportunity to learn other skills, like testing other Printed Circuit Board in other computerized program.
