Fast-Paced Hard work

Great company that supports your growth and training
For anyone looking for a fast-paced enviroment, this is a great place to work. Lots of hours available for anyone who wants to put the time in, and guarunteed hours in the winter so even if it doesnt snow you get paid. Overtime is great, and they work with a bonus system too, so you get rewarded for your work. Also got benefits after 3 months which was pretty awesome. Lies, illegal pay scale.
They say one thing do the other pay you under minimum wage. But add a bouns so it looks like you make more. But the bouns isn't payed on overtime. Example reg hours 18$ hr includes bouns
Over time paid at 18$ hr.. so base is around 14$ hour
They don't tell you this and most people don't read pay stubsWhat would you say about your employer?
