The culture, the management, the team, and everything about Mintent is why I have become the marketing specialist that I have. I have grown so much in the 6 months that I have been with Mintent and have been given so many new and exciting opportunities. The team is close and tight knit, especially with the management and I couldn't be happier! The best team I've ever worked with and the best company I've ever worked for.

A digital marketing agency with small to medium sized well-chosen clients who invest in quality marketing. Varied work with a range of industries and strategies means you won't get bored. A fantastic team of skilled and reliable people, and great management who are receptive to the team's input. Good work/life balance and a flexible schedule.

Absolutely the best place I have ever worked in my life!

This place cares. They care about every person, their lives, their families, and their wellbeing. There is pressure to achieve, but that should be expected. Every person they hire is hired based on qualities they identify during the hiring process. Qualities you may not even realize you possess!
There is not creative stifling in this environment. This principle is extended to programming, design, and business. They crave innovation and demand out-of-the-box thinking. The challenges make the work feel progressive.
Pros
Occasional free lunch, great culture, team feels like family, great compensation.
Cons
Occasional (very) deadline stress.
