Bureaucratic and pretty slow
Not a particularly invigorating place to work. Pretty slow moving and never really felt like the work I was doing mattered for anything. Only contract work available for the first few years and due to union rules your contract can't be extended, so you're constantly on the look out for something new. There isn't much stability.

Inefficiency, politics and management incompetency
The organization struggled to implement streamlined processes, leading to unnecessary delays and hampered productivity. In addition, the work environment was rife with politics, which often took precedence over genuine performance and merit. But perhaps most concerning was the evident lack of competent leadership.

Good student job.
This is a job that allows one to move through university/college without having to take on student debt. With that being said... The pay for the job is so little it's ridiculous...

Contract work
Good pay and hours but not many permanent positions. If you're willing to relocate and work contracts it's a great experience. Experience isn't everything in an interview
