I must say when you are going into an interview with the Ministry, you should wear comfortable clothing. Not casual, not running shoes. If a lady, shirt and skirt or dress, for a man, dress pants, and a nice shirt.

PowerBuilder product has been sold by SAP to Appeon. This company cut half of all features, including COM+ server support.
I had to make investigation to find a technology to replace this missing part which will be the closest to existing technology and the easiest way to implement. I proposed .NET assembly.
After that there were so many challenges, starting from missing appropriate project object to automatically deploy objects to .Net assembly (we had to make it all manually after a lot of experiments). Ending with not fitting 32-bit PowerBuilder ODBC with 64-bit DB2 environments and bunch of bugs in PowerBuilder Runtime Packager. We had to figure out these bugs and find a way somehow to fix them.

It begins with a basic interview then you are given a case study to which you respond, identifying the legislation that supports the non-compliance, within a set time period. You then present your report to the interviewers.
