What would you suggest Miniso Canada management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Pay your employees when u are suppose to not make them wait for something that is there fault and ot notify your employees of mistake

  • Show us that you actually care about our well being. And that you honestly dont treat us, as just a number in your books. Take action, and actually make a change. And when you promise us something, keep to your promises. A lot of workers, actually worked beyond their punch out time, and one little mistake, you just belittle us.
    And stop giving us unrealistic goals, and put so much unnecessary pressure on us, to make our target goals. And start cleaning up after your mess that you have created.

  • Shape up or us Canadians will call for nation wide boycott

  • Stop asking employees to clean up the mess the upper management make. Show some guts to take responsibility for your fault.

  • Treat your employees better, they have no respect and love doing power trips that they forget about professionalism.

  • Treat your employees as humans

  • Need to sort out and change warehouse and logistics managers.
