Well run company with great social conscience
Operations Manager (Former Employee) –  Red Deer, AB22 September 2018
This is a company the truly puts its employees first. They are well organized and provide good value for their clients while keeping appropriate profit margins.
Pros
Provide a feeling that you matter to both clients and staff
Cons
Too reliant on the fickle petroleum market in Alberta

Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  Red Deer, AB24 October 2017
I liked the variety of tasks that I had during the day and that my job was never the same. Always learning new things, and doing different tasks throughout the day.

Not good.
Foreman (Former Employee) –  AB17 April 2017
If they need guys, you'll get lots of hours. As soon as they don't, you're toast. The projects are usually good work, but tend to be poorly managed and under staffed.

great pay but...
Apprentice Electrician (Former Employee) –  Red Deer, AB18 January 2017
The pay is great but there are sudden layoffs even if they give you a letter of employment and there is a quite a bit of miscommunication between managers and other employees in the company. As well you might be out of province for 3 weeks at a time and only be back for 3-5 days. Some of the employees are great and the managers do as much as they can to be flexible with your schedule and they are friendly but there are ALOT of hardass attitudes and foremen and the owners are very cutthroat.
Pros
great pay, benefits, paid travel time and loa
Cons
no overtime, overworked employees, miscommunication
