Good place to work. Made some good friends, well trained health professionals, clients were like family. Would definitely work there again. Management kept up with courses and training for all staff.

It's nice to work as a Health Care Aide with other staffs as they were approachable. It is also nice to work with the elderly because they really appreciate what you are doing for them and with the safe environment of the workplace.

If you died while working here it would take 3 weeks to realize you were in Purgatory and not at work. They ask for ways to better themselves but refuse suggestions. They show favoritism and will not mind manipulating information to fit what they want. NOT A RECOMMENDED WORKPLACE

Adult Day Program

Health Care Aide (Current Employee) - Winnipeg, MB - 18 September 2014

Worked in the Adult Day Program at Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg. Monday to Friday we had different people come in for the day, anywhere between 10-15 participants. We played games with them, we did excerise programs with them, we prepared and served lunch. Hardest part of my job was leaving for the day, I loved it so much.
