It is a very busy service center. Employee treat every monday. Paid vacations can be obtained. Typical day at work is always very busy. The hardest part of job is to deal with customers who do not want to pay for services received. There are no benefits

Productive is good but not a fun place to work.

It is an ok place to work. The salary is low and there are no benefits. The is a strong enphasis on valves, however culture is lacking. The job is every secure, however there is not much room for advancement, because the company is very small. Management is lacking and there is not a balance between work and life.

The don't pay for overtime.

- Leadership does not have vision & does not take necessary action to improve client relationships - No professionalism between peers & leadership - No team spirit, unclear roles & responsibilities
