Productive is good but not a fun place to work.It is an ok place to work. The salary is low and there are no benefits. The is a strong enphasis on valves, however culture is lacking. The job is every secure, however there is not much room for advancement, because the company is very small. Management is lacking and there is not a balance between work and life.
