Horrible place
Maf2 production (Former Employee) –  Bridgewater, NS16 June 2018
This is an absolute horrible place to work at. I injured myself after about a year of working. They fired me and gave me no reason as to why. You are just a number there and they don't care about employees because in their mind everyone is replaceable.

Good place to learn but no work and personal life balance.
Electrical Engineer (Former Employee) –  Nova Scotia9 February 2016
Company provides lot of training to new hires. Good pay and benefits for employees.

However, the job is really stressful specially for maintenance. Working under stress has made lot of people cranky. Management can be better. I had my fair share of managers some were really good and others didn't even know things I worked on for a whole year.

Good place to be if you want to become a manager and advance your career in areas other than engineering design as not much career progression options for engineers who want to stay in design side of things.
Pros
Training for new hires, Job Security, Benefits.
Cons
Long Hours, Work/Life Balance, Management
