Very poor management
There was very poor management and a lot a harassing from the officers in charge of the shifts. And they just didn’t really seam to care about our wellbeing as being their employers and our safety out there

Job security
With limited contracts there was no job security. A typical day is a 12hour shift, with one other officer it made it easier to patrol site.
