  • I left because of poor treatment by coworkers that were scared for their jobs and 70 year Olds that had no intention of ever leaving or training anyone!!

  • Can be stressful department managers need to ask week after week ,year after year for hours to to be increased to make the work place run better, If they don’t ask for hours or can’t get them the stress falls on everyone .Time to up date and changes for times like covid, Burnt out.

  • Full timers have an arrogance and a sense of entitlement, they are abusive and they taught their lacky part-timers to be doggers. They do not train you in the meat dept.Management mean well but are powerless!

  • If I got offered a better situation elsewhere. As a meat cutter, the gap between the full time wage and the part time wage has been decreasing. We don't have enough hours to run our meat department so some days we are scrambling just to get the counter in.

  • Poor hours even though I've been with the company so long, they dont value seniority

  • Having a new bakery manager....they desperately need a new set of eyes to make the bakery department a positive environment to work in.
