Awful. Stay away. No advancement, benefits a not equal across three business units which constantly creates friction. Exempt staff, mostly useless yes-people, get 100% paid benefits and the unions have to scratch away at benefits. Teamsters are the worst off. This is not a career, this is a blue collar dead end environment.
Lack of diversity.
Happens when hiring young adults with no life experience. "Group" behaviour clicks quickly. Most time is spend talking and second is working.
Maybe hire people who have life experience and work rather than talk or steal company time playing around
