Lack of advancement. Inequitable work place, exempt staff have 100% paid benefits and LTD, Teamsters get 80% and no LTD and a poor sick plan. GVRDEU get an even worse sick plan but do get LTD. No one has advancement opportunities. Engineers have a high turnover rate because they can leave, lucky sods.
