A day in the life at the M.T.C. C. C.Doing your daily checks always gives you satisfaction of being ahead of any potential problems before you get the calls. Going through the work space and interacting with all levels of staff management, contractors and clients keeps your senses sharp in a fast pace environment. Dealing with calls so they can be resolved quickly. People can be difficult particularly people in distress. This puts your skills to the test in deescalating tense or awkward situations. The diversity of shows and events never ceased to amaze me.

Typical day at work would be clocking in and going straight to my station, as I learned that it was a little tough. The management and workplace culture was good, as the hardest part of the job was the long hours and the most enjoyable part of the job were the great co-workers.

I had a great experience working at the ICEE Truck. Other than that, I was not happy with the experience because of the management, morale, "discount lunch" and attitude of recruiters.

The jobs were specific to the event you were working for, but overall the setting is great, security is mostly functional, and the facility is impressive. Management, difficulties I faced, and a typical day at work depends on which event you are working for.
