CustomersIt was a good job, I found that after I started school I did not have work/life balance. The hardest part was dealing with uncooperative or angry customers, but there is a lot of help around you.

Fast paced workBe prepared to go above & beyond for a management team/company who will never recognize your efforts or be thankful for them. The scheduling is a joke and you have to keep a close eye on shifts & seniority. It seems to be policy there to pass the buck! The hardest part of the job is doing a fellow employees job as well as your own as the supervisor or management will never enforce anyone to perform their job to its description, they would rather turn a blind eye!The culture is very diverse. The most enjoyable part of the job is the customers who shop there.
