Each store has their own policy. In Edmonton you can get away with 3-4 paid sick days a year. after that its case by case. The people whom don't get sick often tend to move up the ladder quicker.

In Edmonton and Winnipeg the most stressful part is the fast paced work environment, however with profit sharing, paid vacation and flexible manager whom treat the employees with respect, its not so bad.
