Poor management and salary. You will be overworked and under appreciated
You will be carrying very heavy metal by hand. Everyone has back and joint pain. The Carbon monoxide detector goes off very often and management plugs it out.

Always on the go the people on sales don't help around on the warehouse .Manager don't know much about metal industry and yet Trying to boss you around. It's like you do the job he gets the credit.No advancement.To many promises that went for nothing.They will ruin you here mentally and physically.
