Senior Associate - Human Capital Consulting (Current Employee) – San Francisco, CA – 7 March 2013
Mercer is full of smart, motivated, talented colleagues. Everyone works very hard to deliver the best work to clients. Hours can often be long, but there is a lot of flexibility to enjoy personal time when needed. The biggest draw back to working at Mercer is poor leadership, which results in lack of clear direction. Compensation is average.
