Mercer is full of smart, motivated, talented colleagues. Everyone works very hard to deliver the best work to clients. Hours can often be long, but there is a lot of flexibility to enjoy personal time when needed. The biggest draw back to working at Mercer is poor leadership, which results in lack of clear direction. Compensation is average.

Mercer is a world class organization to work for. There is always challenging work and lots of opportunity for those willing to roll up their sleeves.

The diversity and professional maturity of the the employees are second to none.
Cons
Work / Life balance is something that Mercer makes employees aware of, but the companies goals and expectations may make striking the right balance a challenge a times.
