What advice would you give the CEO of Menzies Aviation about how to improve the company?

  • Get the best people and not employees who makes you feel rasicm. Also the management team Who atleast make one call if employee does no show they must give written 2 times and then they can terminate but instead they just terminate people in a second as if they own menzies. Specially toronto people in menzies:

  • Give the dedicated employees some incentive to work their flights and the flights of the employees that did not show up for their shift.
    I am not saying buy them a house, doesn't even have to be monetary. Just some Menzies products (jackets, backpacks, anything) and a pat on the back. That would go along way with the employees that show up on-time, everyday.

  • Get with the times. Offer better wages and support your employees. Most of your managers are sleezy and scum. Time to move out of the 20th century and into the 21st. Get rid of the union if they are not helping.
