Data Integrity Coordinator (Current Employee) – Ottawa, ON – 16 May 2014
Great employee benefits and professional development. Staff are very supportive of each other. Although the different programs work very independently of each other, they often cross paths and contribute information for the larger cause of Mental Health.
Have a lot of trust to work independently and develop new procedures
Contract correspondance has been clear and concise.
Mental Health First Aid Training Instructor (Current Employee) – Various – 5 July 2017
I work under contract and provide services as required. On average I provide around 10 courses per year, both locally and across Canada. All contacts have been easy to coordinate with, and payments have always been received in a timely fashion.
Assistant (Former Employee) – Ottawa, ON – 10 May 2017
Although the MHCC spends a lot of time talking about mental health in the workplace, the number of staff who took stress leave during my time there was shocking. From inefficiency of managers to disengaged, jet-setting executives, the MHCC is in dire need of a complete overhaul.
Location is convenient. Interesting field of work.
