Great Company to work for
I love working for this company. being mission alligned is very important to me, being able to come to work everyday, feeling proud and excited is a huge benefit ! its busy, there is alot going on all the time.... typical restaurant stuff. Do you want to do 3 jobs for the pay of 1?
Servers Bartend, Serve and host, while Chefs work the job of 2 people and Dish wash at the end of the night so they don’t have to hire these positions. They consistently try to lower the “man hours” and don’t prioritize staff and their well being. Even fired someone for having a panic attack. Owners are terrible! They don’t care about their employees one bit, the culture is awful here as well! Owners are spending money are ridiculous things and the employees have to suffer for those decisions. They hire a bunch of people then don’t give them any hours or fire them after a week. Mangers are not any better then owners either… there was one great AKM but he quit because of how awful it is...Server in Victoria, BC

Needs to disperse hours and tips more fairly
Really short shifts with a tip pool just doesn’t work. “Floor leads” shouldn’t exist as they just get longer hours for less work. Free staff meal for all employees is niceWhat would you say about your employer?
