Great team

Very friendly team of people who enjoy helping each other and sharing. Lots of information is provided on the industry. But shifting priorities brings stress to keep up with timelines. Upper management gives clarity to how the company is doing, and emphasizes work life balance. Overall, happy to work here and would recommend to others.

Pros

Friendly supportive team

Cons

Turnaround time and expectations for workload

Amazing work culture and people!

The people make this company amazing! Everyone I have worked with thus far have been positive and supportive. The company is incredibly collaborative, with people from other departments lending a hand whenever asked. I love that the whole company (head office) is remote, and supportive of work-life balance. I regularly take walks during my work day, it's even encouraged! (unheard of at all my previous jobs!)The work ebbs and flows, with busier weeks offset by really slow weeks. I love being a part of MSP!

Pros

Work-life balance, remote work, incredible people, great work culture, supportive collaborations

Cons

Workload ebbs and flows/ is not consistent- but this is always the case with a startup!

Be a part of something big

I've been working for MSP's head office for several months now. The landscape is complex to navigate especially if you come from a sector outside of Medical Aesthetics, but it doesn't take long to pick it up. The work is interesting, challenging, and it is awesome to be a part of a trailblazing organization that is causing disruption and innovation in the industry. My day-to-day work is always different, there's great collaboration between functional groups and departments. We are given tools to learn and skill-up, for example using the HubSpot Academy or having industry deep-dives with our in-clinic SMEs. The culture is fantastic! We have both an HR department and a People & Culture department, working closely on giving MSP employees everything they need to succeed in a fully remote environment.

Pros

The compensation package & bonus structures + the MSP Perks programs, where you get free services and heavily discounted skincare products.

Cons

The volume, speed, demand of the job. But that's also part of the fun.

Innovated and Engaged place to work at!

This company has exceeded my expectations from day one. Head Office employees work remote 100% of the time, which is one of the main reasons why I took the job. The flexibility is incredible and works well with my day to day. There are many intelligent people that work for this organization; I always feel listened, heard and supported when I bring up new ideas.

Great company and environment!

MedSpa Partners is a great place to work! Despite being a 100% remote workforce, I still feel very connected to my coworkers in different departments through different social initiatives spearheaded by the Operations team. The onboarding process was very smooth, and I enjoyed the industry meetings the most where I learnt anything and everything about medical aesthetics.

Pros

Social, Improved Well-Being, Birthday Treats

An Exceptionally Positive Experience

Working for MSP has been an incredible journey filled with positivity and growth. From day one, I have felt genuinely valued as both an employee and an individual. The company's culture is nothing short of amazing, fostering an environment of collaboration, support, and continuous learning. Each day presents new challenges, but the unwavering sense of support and the opportunity to expand my skills sets MSP apart from any other organization I've been a part of. The dedication of the Leadership teams in maintaining transparency and sharing a clear vision for the company's future has been truly inspiring. At MSP, everyone is fully engaged and approachable, creating an atmosphere where teamwork and open communication thrive.Having experienced various workplaces over the years, I've come to realize the true importance of enjoying the work you do and the people you work with. MSP has made this a reality for me, and the satisfaction it brings to my daily life is unparalleled. It's an organization that truly cares about its employees, promotes growth, and fosters a positive work environment. I am grateful to be a part of the MSP family and look forward to the exciting opportunities that lie ahead!

Pros

Fully Remote, Highly Collaborative, Room for Advancement

Pros

Horaires

Cons

Aucun esprit d’équipe

Best company I've worked with!

It's one of those once in a lifetime teams. Everyone is kind, smart and supportive. People like to laugh at work and genuinely enjoy each one another. I am very well supported by my leaders and colleagues. I know exactly what our goals are and why and am surrounded by people who want to succeed. It's a young company that's growing quickly. You've got to be willing to roll-up your sleeves and innovate. We're challenged to build, experiment and lead; all while having a great support structure around us. We're given opportunity to be creative and are continually learning. It's a safe place to grow. Work/life balance is fantastic. Boundaries are respected and we're given the opportunity to succeed based on what works best for us. Even the CEO has reached out directly to be sure I'm happy, have good balance and all that I need. It's a dream to be a part of this team!

Pros

Culture, support, balance, vision and purpose

Cons

None!

It seems like an amazing company, until it's not.

When you're in the long interview process, it seems fantastic. They tell you about work-life balance and how you will be part of a big family, but the reality is not that. There's a lot of overtime (prepare to work over 50 hours per week), things are not well communicated, and it lacks a manager that defends its employees. It feels like they are counting that you will work over 7 pm every day and will not take your lunch break. The amount of work is insane for the size of the team. It's a lot of manual processes, which for this company, makes no sense. It's a pity because it could be a fantastic company. You could learn a lot here, but only if you don't expect to do anything else but work.

Tough Place to work

Management and some senior staff are not very welcoming or helpful with on-boarding and training. Issues in the workplace not addressed with staff when needed. Preferencial treatment and schedules given to some. Poor teamwork. No benefits and no sick days. No hourly raises, just a possible incentive program.

Pros

Day time schedule

Cons

Unsupportive environment

One of the best places I've ever worked!

I've been working for MSP for about 6 months. I love the culture, the work itself, and the flexibility. Everyone I've worked with has an exceptionally positive attitude and collaborative spirit. My responsibilities vary from day to day, which makes each workday interesting, challenging, and unique. I also cannot speak highly enough of the management at the company. They trust me to do my job without micromanaging, which gives me a sense of pride in my work. They also strongly encourage a healthy work-life balance, which was missing for me at previous places of employment.Everyone I work with at every level and in every department has always made themselves available to me if I have any questions or concerns, and it feels like we're all working toward a shared goal. It's an exceptional place to work.

Pros

Work from home flexibility, a good work-life balance, excellent management, fabulous co-workers, generous benefits, great perks.

Cons

None!

Collaborative Work Culture

Based at home and in clinics as a Regional Relationship Director, no two days are ever the same! The culture is collaborative and very "family" oriented - every one works hard and has an amazing work ethic; this is likely why the interview process is thought out and can be longer than a lot of companies. You are hired with permanency and growth in mind. The work load can be a lot but you are the master of your schedule and quickly learn to optimize your work day to get the best out of yourself. Great culture, great people, would definitely recommend!

Great company who cares about its people.

From the beginning this company proves time and time again that it truly cares about its people and wants them to succeed. They have a great training program, treat employees with respect and are there to assist you with any management support you need. The levels of employment positions from new employee to manager to regional and directors is well laid out and executed to keep everyone on top of everything. Super happy to work with a great group of intelligent fantastic people.

Pros

Colleagues, Flexibility in schedule for work life balance, Work respect, Ability to be promoted internally, Large company that cares for its people.

Cons

I can’t say enough good things about this company. No cons.

Overall, I am happy with my decision to join MSP.

It is a fun place to work that does keep me motivated. I enjoy working with my team members, and I like my leader a lot. There is also a lot of opportunity to learn here. I enjoyed meeting various team members during the hiring process, and they provided me with a detailed overview of the company, the culture and the role. There are a few rounds of interviews, but they are short. I felt that I had a good understanding of what I signed up for.

Pros

A lot of engagement, great perks, growing. Virtual Office.

Cons

Don't get to see my team members in person often.
