For a non-unionized sleep lab, it's average at best (no perks no benefits). Not the lowest paying place and not the highest paying (more on the lower end). Pay hasn't changed in past decade years despite cost of living increases and inflation. However, why should it increase as funding by OHIP has decreased in the past 10 years. Just waiting for OHIP - more ... approved home testing. - less
