Superintendent (Former Employee) – London, ON – 30 July 2018
We found the work life balance a major issue, it was a good place to work and we did use top of the line equipment. Fast paced 25 floor high rise building. The part we enjoyed the most was working in a new construction building with top of the line mechanical equipment.
Nice equipment and 80% benefits
Often short handed, it was a struggle daily with very long hours.

Private family owned corporation with the slow bureaucratic decision-making process. Some simple technical issues required immediate assistance, but instead, are buried by the very slow management approval process. Business is suffering, tenants satisfaction is affected badly.
