Great company with awesome culture
I found McMan to be highly competitive salary wise compared to other non profits in the area. McMan has a fantastic culture that prioritizes employee’s work life balance and overall health. Amazing work/life balance and friendly staff!
I was employed by McMan in Medicine Hat for a little over five years. The atmosphere and office culture were consistently friendly and supportive here. The work/life balance was amazing here! No Guidance or Direction
I entered this employment with the intention of doing the best work I could without having any prior outreach experience. Not Good Work Environment
Management would not back up their frontline employees and would fire without just cause. Employees would be afraid to speak up in case of negative actions. Poor safety plans put in place to prevent risk. Change of schedule often and without good reason (4 schedule changes in 4 months).
