Mc man is a good company and people work together as a team.

It takes about two weeks or more than that I really don’t know.

The main reason can be when sickness come in and you can not work any more or it can be when you die .

Yes ,because they need to know the person they are bringing to the company ,also help them to protect the youth .

The most challenging part of my role at Mcman was the lack of support provided by supervisors and upper management. The employees are great and clients are nice however when there is a crisis there is not much support from supervisors. The staff is over worked and under valued and management is not up to par with group home practices. This is not a good safe or good company to work for. Hopefully some changes get made.

The work environment at Mcman is very stressed and in crisis most times. The group homes are very filthy and dirty. The relationships between employees are easy going and welcoming, however there is a power trip between management and employees.
