The most challenging part of my role at Mcman was the lack of support provided by supervisors and upper management. The employees are great and clients are nice however when there is a crisis there is not much support from supervisors. The staff is over worked and under valued and management is not up to par with group home practices. This is not a good safe or good company to work for. Hopefully some changes get made.
The youth and the paperwork that is required. Youth can have a wide variety of behaviours which can be hard to handle.
