You Don’t Get Full Time
Traffic Control Person (Current Employee) –  Saint John, NB3 September 2019
They say you are going to be a full time worker but it’s a lie. You’re lucky if you get 20 hours a week. Some guys get 1 shift a week. Trust me I know as I’m one of the ones who was hired as full time and get 1 shift a week. They hire a bunch of guys with not enough hours to give to them.

Easy job.
Traffic Control Person (Current Employee) –  Yarmouth, NS15 January 2017
This job doesnt require a lot of knowledge. It's pretty easy but can be very boring at times.
Cannot do the job without a TCP course.
Hardest part of the job is the long hours that can happen and not always being close to a bathroom.
I cannot say there is a most enjoyable day of the the job.
Pros
Usually 1 hr lunches.
Cons
long hours
