They hired too many new people and still are! I worked there for 2 months almost 3 and it was awesome the amount of hours I got at first but out of nowhere they never scheduled me in for about 4 weeks so I ended up short 2 cheques and didn't have enough for bills and rent money and ended up going homeless!
Pros
At the end i realized theres nothing good about this company cause your not guarteed money or hours
Cons
Too many too list here apparently you can only have 100 words

Mcleods Safety what a joke. The management is horrible a chimp could manage better. Trucks are dangerous because no body takes care of them. Other safety equipment needed to do the jobs safely is poor quality and in bad shape. The pay rate sucks. The hours sucks. More then 50% of their workforce is under the influence of either alcohol cannabis or harder drugs.

Do not apply. You will be majorly overworked for minimum wage. They are so short staffed that you will be on your feet for 12-15 hours a day with MAYBE 3 15 minute breaks.
Pros
None
Cons
All

They say you are going to be a full time worker but it’s a lie. You’re lucky if you get 20 hours a week. Some guys get 1 shift a week. Trust me I know as I’m one of the ones who was hired as full time and get 1 shift a week. They hire a bunch of guys with not enough hours to give to them.

J'ai apprit a travailler en équipe vue le travail impliquant la sécurité routière et l'importance du publique étant impliqué. Évidemment la partie de mon travail le plus difficile était la météo

Good job, need TCP certification to do the work. Lots of hours available Can move up if you are a good worker, show up on time, etc. Sometimes you travel outside of the city for wokr but you are compensated Good benefits package, that is hard to come by with most companies
Pros
benefits package
Cons
occassional day travel

This job doesnt require a lot of knowledge. It's pretty easy but can be very boring at times. Cannot do the job without a TCP course. Hardest part of the job is the long hours that can happen and not always being close to a bathroom. I cannot say there is a most enjoyable day of the the job.
Pros
Usually 1 hr lunches.
Cons
long hours
